C.A.R.E. rescues abused, neglected and abandoned animals from Kill Shelters, owner surrender and general abandonment.
Operating solely on the dedication of our Volunteers and Fosters, we could really use your help. Together, we can save even more lives.

We’d love your help and support in this important mission of saving lives and finding them safe and loving homes.
We do not have a physical shelter. YET!
We operate through our foster homes, online databases and at adoption events.
We also serve our community and adopters by educating and encouraging responsible pet ownership with an emphasis on the need for spaying and neutering to decrease the ongoing pet overpopulation issue.
